TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operated by INVEST GLOBAL GROUP LIMITED, as well as the rules for placing orders, payments, delivery, returns and complaints.

1.5. By using the store website, placing an order or using the store’s services, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
PRODUCTS
2.1. The products offered in the store are premium dietary supplements.
2.2. Products are manufactured in accordance with GMP standards and are laboratory tested by independent third-party entities.
2.3. Products offered in the store are intended solely for use as dietary supplements.
2.4. Information presented on the store website does not constitute medical advice and should not be treated as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or guarantee of any specific health effect.
2.5. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease.
2.6. Before using a product, the customer should read the product description, ingredients, instructions for use and any warnings provided on the product page or packaging.
2.7. People taking medication, pregnant women, breastfeeding women and people with chronic illnesses should consult a doctor or specialist before using supplements.
PLACING ORDERS
3.1. Orders can be placed through the store website.
3.2. To place an order, the customer selects a product, adds it to the cart, completes the data required to process the order and makes payment.
3.3. The customer is obliged to provide true, current and complete data necessary to process the order.
3.4. The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
a) incorrect data being provided,
b) inability to record payment,
c) suspected abuse or fraud,
d) product unavailability,
e) an obvious pricing or technical error.
3.5. After placing an order, the customer receives confirmation to the e-mail address provided.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
4.1. All prices shown in the store are expressed in EUR and include VAT, if required under applicable law.
4.2. The store processes payments through external payment operators, in particular:
a) Stripe,
b) PayPal,
c) Klarna.
4.3. Payment data is processed securely by external payment operators. The store does not store full customer card details.
4.4. Product prices may change without prior notice. A price change does not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
4.5. The store reserves the right to introduce promotions, discount codes and temporary price reductions.
DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
5.2. Delivery time depends on the destination country, selected shipping method and the carrier’s operations.
5.3. Free delivery applies to orders over 75 EUR, unless otherwise stated on the store website.
5.4. Detailed delivery information may be provided on a separate shipping information page.
5.5. The store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, force majeure or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
6.1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable distance selling regulations.
6.2. Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, the store offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for products that meet the return conditions.
6.3. To qualify for a return, the product must:
a) be returned within 30 days of delivery,
b) be unopened,
c) be in its original packaging,
d) have its seal or security protection intact,
e) show no signs of damage, use or tampering,
f) be returned with proof of purchase.
6.4. For health and safety reasons, the store does not accept returns of opened supplement products unless the product is defective or the customer received the wrong product.
6.5. Detailed rules for returns and refunds are set out in the “Returns and Complaints” document.
COMPLAINTS
7.1. The customer has the right to submit a complaint if they receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product.
7.2. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to: contact@spectrum.com.
7.3. The complaint should include:
a) order number,
b) description of the issue,
c) photos of the product, packaging or damage, if applicable,
d) customer contact details.
7.4. The store reviews complaints as soon as possible and informs the customer of the next steps by e-mail.
7.5. If the complaint is accepted, the store may offer a product replacement, reshipment or refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1. All content on the store website, including texts, photos, graphics, logos, visual elements, website layout and software, is the property of INVEST GLOBAL GROUP LIMITED or is used under appropriate licences.
8.2. Copying, distributing, modifying or using store content without the owner’s consent is prohibited.
LIABILITY
9.1. The store makes every effort to ensure that the information presented on the website is current and accurate.
9.2. The store is not responsible for improper use of products or use inconsistent with the description, instructions or manufacturer’s recommendations.
9.3. INVEST GLOBAL GROUP LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, secondary or consequential damages arising in connection with the use of the website or products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
PERSONAL DATA
10.1. Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the store website.
10.2. The controller of personal data is INVEST GLOBAL GROUP LIMITED.
GOVERNING LAW
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
11.2. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not limit the consumer’s rights arising from mandatory provisions of the law applicable to the consumer’s place of residence, if such provisions apply.
