TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operated by INVEST GLOBAL GROUP LIMITED, as well as the rules for placing orders, payments, delivery, returns and complaints.

1.5. By using the store website, placing an order or using the store’s services, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

PLACING ORDERS

2.1. Orders can be placed via the store website.

2.2. To place an order, the customer selects a product, adds it to the cart, provides the data required to process the order and makes payment.

2.3. The customer is obliged to provide true, current and complete data necessary to process the order.

2.4. The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

a) incorrect data being provided,
b) inability to record the payment,
c) suspicion of abuse or fraud,
d) lack of product availability,
e) an obvious pricing or technical error.

2.5. After placing an order, the customer receives confirmation to the e-mail address provided.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

3.1. All prices displayed in the store are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT, if required under applicable law.

3.2. Payments are processed using the payment methods available in the store during checkout.

3.3. Payment data is processed securely by external payment operators. The store does not store full payment card details of customers.

3.4. Product prices may change without prior notice. A price change does not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

3.5. The store reserves the right to introduce promotions, discount codes and temporary price reductions.

DELIVERY

4.1. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

4.2. Delivery time depends on the country of delivery, the selected shipping method and the work of the carrier.

4.3. Free delivery applies to orders over PLN 200, unless stated otherwise on the store website.

4.4. Detailed delivery information may be provided on a separate shipping information page.

4.5. The store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, force majeure or incorrect delivery data provided by the customer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

5.1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable distance selling regulations.

5.2. In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, the store offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for products that meet the return conditions.

5.3. To qualify for a return, the product must:

a) be returned within 30 days of delivery,
b) be in its original packaging,
c) have an intact security seal or protective seal, if the product had one,
d) show no signs of damage, use or interference,
e) be returned with proof of purchase or order number.

5.4. Detailed rules for returns and refunds are set out in the “Returns and Complaints” document.

COMPLAINTS

6.1. The customer has the right to submit a complaint if they receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product.

6.2. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to: contact@spectrumvape.eu.

6.3. The complaint should include:

a) order number,
b) description of the issue,
c) photos of the product, packaging or damage, if applicable,
d) customer contact details.

6.4. The store reviews complaints as soon as possible and informs the customer about the next steps by e-mail.

6.5. If the complaint is accepted, the store may offer a product replacement, reshipment or refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1. All content on the store website, including texts, photos, graphics, logos, visual elements, website layout and software, is the property of INVEST GLOBAL GROUP LIMITED or is used under appropriate licences.

7.2. Copying, distributing, modifying or using the store’s content without the owner’s consent is prohibited.

LIABILITY

8.1. The store makes every effort to ensure that the information presented on the website is up to date and accurate.

PERSONAL DATA

9.1. Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the store website.

9.2. The personal data controller is INVEST GLOBAL GROUP LIMITED.
